**Position**:
ACPV ARCHITECTS is looking for an Architect to be included in our BIM department as **CDE Manager / Document Controller**.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive system for information and document management in both electronic and eventually hard copy formats, according to BEP or client standards.
- Register and process all project documentation using the designated document management system or collaboration platform.
- Control the issue and distribution of project documentation and information, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Check on all documentation for adherence to protocols and standards, such as document numbers and revisions.
- Generate reports on project documentation as requested.
- Support the development of document control procedures and processes within the company's standard.
- Assist in audits when required.
- Manage the archival process of documentation and contribute to the creation of record retention documents in collaboration with the BIM Management.
- Collaborate with Administration and Finance department for invoicing procedures following project milestones.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal staff members at all levels.
- Undertaking additional tasks as requested by the BIM Management
**Requirements**:
- Master Degree in Architecture or similar.
- Working knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) Level 2 and associated workflows and processes.
- Competency with model authoring (Revit), model review (Navisworks and Solibri), Microsoft Office and web-enabled software.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team.
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English is mandatory.
