Your responsibility:

As part of our Product Operations Team, you monitor product performance for tiko's distributed, large-scale IoT solution. You set up data visualization systems to show product and operational performance metrics. You improve our Observability capabilities and focus on Reliability. You anticipate possible sources of errors and design and implement new processes. You work with the third-level customer service and development teams to troubleshoot issues and contribute to the design of the next generation of products.

Your profile:

Masters or Bachelor's degree in Applied Engineering or Statistics (e. g. Electrical, Electronic, Automation, IT, Computer Science, Mechanical), with a general and broad technical background. Programming skills are a must: Python & SQL ; Elastic and Grafana knowledge a plus. Experience in setting up and conducting operational monitoring of large-scale IoT systems. Experience in rolling out IoT system updates. Experience with Business Intelligence and Analytics. Experience with Observability and Reliability projects. Capacity to foresee potential issues and proactively propose and implement improvements. Eagerness to analyze field data, find root-causes, abstract the troubleshooting process (e. g. failure tree diagram) and transfer your acquired knowledge back to the organization. Strong technical ability to process large quantities of data and provide meaningful insights. Familiarity with Operational Excellence concept. English and French fluency is mandatory.
