Company Profile**:

We are looking for an experienced Capacity Management Specialist who will help build out best-in-class project capabilities working in crossfuntional teams and giving proactive support to ensure PO feasibility working on specific actions to eliminate constraint at supply base level.

This figure will take responsibility and activities for the Global CE perimeter.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Manage supplier capacity available, at components/commodities/plant level, based on CNHI for critical suppliers, defining possible capacity constraints and necessary actions to be removed;

- Define the Supplier Value Stream Map, mapping supplier frozen period and flexibility;

- Manage Supplier **MOP/MRP validation **by Region, Plant, Product Line in order to assure PO feasibility/Mix Changes

- Work with Platform in order to map supplier capacity for new product and check feasibility plan both on ramp up and on mass production phases;

- Organize and make follow up on Supplier Surveys, for all activities that requires this approach.
