Through Central Europe, we operate in 5 Central European countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia.

Through Eastern Europe, we operate in 5 Eastern European countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania and Serbia.

In addition, Central Europe and Eastern Europe jointly support and are responsible for performance in Russia.

The Central Europe and the Eastern Europe divisions provide retail, corporate and institutional clients in these countries with a full range of banking products and services.

In this role you will have the chance to be part of a newly established team responsible for Operations; you will be working in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment, interacting with people from 11 banks across the region.

The role will offer you the opportunity to have an insight into the banking operating model, unlock your potentials, contribute to transformation & digitalization initiatives, supporting to following activities:

- Developing Central and Eastern Europe Operations community by engaging with both local as well as Group counterparties,

- Organizing different events with CE&EE communities in Operations areas,

- Participating in strategic projects focused on best-in-class industry methods and techniques (e. g Robotization)

- Supporting other initiatives of business processes optimization, aiming to achieve synergies (increase efficiency/ automation etc),

- Supporting the Implementation & monitoring of Strategic KPIs & across the region,

- Preparing materials for the group top management (analyses, cost benchmarking, etc)

Requisiti

- University student attending Economics/ Business/ Engineering Bachelor or Master (mandatory to be a student for the whole period of Internship)

- Good Motivation, self-organization, capability to work in team

- Analytical skills

- An open mind, challenge driven, willing to ask, learn and grow

- MS office proficient

- Fluent in English

- Full-time availability

- Excellent conceptual and analytical abilities
