Posizione

- You will have chance to learn how to manage activities, within CE&EE Retail Area, focused on client acquisition strategies, their development and their revenues/value generation stream, detailed in the following ones:

- Acquisition and Retention: support the development and monitoring of different practices across the Region in the phases of client Onboarding, Retention and specific customer base segmentation analysis

- Identify area of improvements in the revenue generation from our customer base (more than 5 mn customers covering individual, affluent and Microbusiness companies) at client and product level (mortgage, consumer products lending, credit cards, other transactional products)

- Participate to the collection and monitoring of acquisition and CRM campaigns in order to foster best practice sharing among countries.

Requisiti

- Excellent academic records

- Fluency in English

- Analytical and quantitative mindset

- Good Knowledge of basic Office Tools (Excel; Outlook, PowerPoint; Word)

- Knowledge of other data mining tools will be considered a plus

- Good Motivation, learning agility and capability to work in team
