BASIC PURPOSE

This role will support the Celebrity, entertainment and Influence Director to manage all daily tasks including samples standouts/returns/trafficking (domestic and international), Talent's fittings and researching upcoming talent and opportunities.

This person will also be instrumental in driving influencer relationships and providing a cohesive brand image message through a PR approach.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy:

- Partner with the Director to develop annual VIP/ influencer strategy,

identifying a strategically crafted group of talent to communicate core

brand values and reach target audience

- Handle all social posts (per project) from any talent to ensure that the posts

are logged and metric reports are created

- Develop and coordinate VIP custom projects closely with the Studio

Branding:

- ManagingVIP sample trafficking with talents/ stylists

- ManagingVIP product placements/gifting

- In charge of VIP fittings (fashion shows, special brand projects etc.

)

- Introduce the brand to new and emerging talents

- Fashion shows/ Events: VIP seatings for Zegna global events (Fashion shows, 212 dinners etc.

)

Logistics:

- Manage Talents Press releases (Red carpet, Zegna events, ambassadors etc.

)

- Responsible for all celebrity logistics associated to Celebrities style (HMU

team and groomer) and assist with associated costs for budget purposes

- Manage Fashion GPS celebrity sample inventory

- Manage VIP showroom

- Oversee Assistant in all proforma invoices for all international shipments

for celebrity requests

- Role will require occasional travel for global brand events and other red

carpets & fittings

Budget:

- Support the maintenance of the talent department budget

- Support the negotiation & management of all Talents contracts: managing usage rights and deliverables ensuring cross functional partnership with legal team through process

**QUALIFICATIONS

**Education**:

- Master degree

Technical Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

- Exemplary skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Powerpoint

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines

- Willingness to work late nights and weekends
