Valentino SpA is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Celebrity & Influencer Relations Department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following activities:

Daily dressing requests and sample trafficking, organize looks/accessories sendouts

and returns

Update sample trafficking software systems and work closely with MarComm functions to align on products for Talents (Product Marketing, Press Office, Brand Image, Production and Ateliers)

Organize the Celebrity Showroom and keep track of samples

Keep product calendars and sample orders up to date

Support in event organization, day-to-day operations and talent research

**Requirements**:

Academic background in Communications, Business, Art or similar

Fluency in English and Italian, French is a plus.

Previous experience in PR or in a showroom/sample environment is a plus

Knowledge in sample trafficking and relevant softwares (Fashion GPS etc) is a plus

Capacity to handle multi-tasks and work in a high demanding environment with highvolume of workflow

Discreet, very organized and analytic mindsets
