This role will be key in enhancing production efficiency, collaborating with R&D and suppliers to develop innovative solutions while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Descrizione Develop lithium-ion cells for EVs, energy storage, industrial, and special applications. Design and model pouch, prismatic, and cylindrical cells. Build a strong supply network for cell components. Lead R&D efforts, coordinating teams and advisors. Support top management in executing the technology roadmap, including ASSB development. Monitor market trends and evaluate new materials for performance, safety, and longevity. Analyze data to optimize battery systems, including BMS. Represent the company at global conferences. Strengthen and expand the team. Profilo del Candidato Degree in Electrochemical or Chemical Engineering. 5+ years of experience in Li-ion battery cell development (Pouch, Cylindrical, Prismatic). Strong knowledge of cathode, anode materials, and battery components (separators, electrodes, devices). Experience in Li-ion cell manufacturing. Proficiency in CAD software. Background in a battery company is a strong plus. Experience in automotive solutions is a plus. Team-building and time management skills. R&D project experience.
