**YOUR TASKS

As a part of our Center of Operation South Team you will support our fleet in Italy, Spain and France in all core areas.

- Daily check of all LTCS rents incl.

customer profile in the region South (Italy, Spain and France)

- Interface to Security department (escalate security issues)

- Handle geofence issues (drives outside of the business area) in the region South

- Continuously review & monitor our rented vehicles / customers (e. g.

longer rents with minute rates)

- Purchase Order Management in the region South (Creating and Monitoring local Purchase Orders)

- Review and approval of all related operations invoices (towing, service provider etc.

)

- Responsible for all cross-charge activities (e. g.

towing)

- Quality checks in the region south of the assigned tasks (illegally parked etc.

)

**YOUR PROFILE

- You share our passion for shared mobility

- Ideally, you have already collected relevant experience in another similar role

- You have developed analytical skills and are able to make targeted use of it

- You show a positive attitude and commitment, excellent self-organization, a structured approach, reliability, results orientation, and a high willingness to perform

- You possess excellent language skills in Italian and a good command of English and computer skills (MS-Office).

Knowledge of French is a plus.

- You are in possession of a driver's license for vehicles

- Digitalization is not a foreign concept for you
