As Warehouse Supervision You will be responsible to:

**Responsibilities**:

Manages and controls warehouse and shipping/receiving activities in accordance with established

company policy and procedure,

- Maintains accurate inventory records of Internal Warehouses (goods in stock, returns, waybill, etc.

),

controlling the correctness of all documentation and performing periodical reconciliation

- Entries in the system the production/transformation of new products (box pallet, dispening)

- Accurate control on data transfer (In-out) by IT interface

- Provides reports about Warehouses performance (KPI's, Low rotation product, write off and damage product trends, etc.

)

- Coordinates all material transfers (products, row material and POP materials) between warehouses.

**Cog's & Di-ba Management and costs

- Provide timely monthly Cog's to main co-man

- Managing in the ERP the Diba for internal production and for Co-man

- Calculate the cog's of co-man product

- Calculate and send to 3rd parties, compensation due to Re-packing activities

- Provide Warehouse report to Finance dept during Month and Year end closure

**Control Owner of part of Inventory to cog's cycle

Qualifications:

- Experience in controlling and monitoring

- Solid analytical skills

- Good presentation skills

- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

- Good interpersonal skills

- Good English Knowledge

- Team work oriented

- Results oriented

- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Officer Package
