An international Head Quarter and presence in several countries is giving them a strong footprint in their segment. For the Europe Region, we are supporting them to identify the CEO Europe, based in their office in Italy, who will be responsible for business expansion and growth of the company business operations (in Europe Region) by delivering profits regularly and achieving overall sustainable growth. Il tuo nuovo ruoloReporting to the Managing Director, He/She will be the chief of commercial and operations activities of the Region.
In terms of Commercial and Sales duties, the candidate will be able to estimate and develop strategies and execute the Annual Business/Sales Plan, Market share objectives as per corporate strategy.
We are looking for a customer-oriented manager, who will be able to measure consumer and trade satisfaction and seek customers' feedback while promoting product development and improvement. In terms of Operations, the candidate is responsible for ensuring a smooth running of the factory operations by manufacturing products with high quality on a timely basis, as well as timely delivery of products to customers as per plan to avoid customer complaints and ensure a safety culture in the factory by maintaining high performance and productivity. He/She will be able to define the RD strategy and product development management, working with the HQ and QC, monitoring the market and delivering effective market analysis. Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successoThe ideal Candidate who we are looking for:Has extensive experience in Food Colors and Food Ingredients Business. Has a strong financial acumen and strategic mindset with broad experience in the Europe Region with responsibility for PL. Commercial, Management and Organizational Skills are required. English knowledge is mandatory. Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
