For their italian commercial subsidiary, focusing on enhancing the structure and driving growth in the Italian market we are looking for a CEO ItalyKey Responsibilities- Develop plans to achieve company targets and implement strategies to drive expansion. - Manage budget and financial performance. - Ensure daily efficiency and compliance. - Identify and capitalize on new opportunities and maintain strong client and partner relationships. - Ensure high customer satisfaction. - Coach and develop the sales team and the after sales service. Professional ProfileThe ideal candidate will have a strong commercial sales background with the ability to drive revenue growth and expand market presence, proven experience in the engineering industry and in setting up a HQ - commercial subsidiary. A degree in Business Management or similar and fluency in English are required.
