The context and the CEO Office

Sky is operating in multiple sectors which are in continuous evolution with disruptive changes impacting industry dynamics.

In this context Sky is continuously transforming while keeping focus on the key elements of its business and long range development plans.

To face this increasing complexity Sky has created the "CEO Office" team, reporting to the Italian CEO and led by the CEO Office Senior Director, which is supporting the CEO and the top management to manage the complexity, keeping an holistic view and ensuring business leaders to focus on the right priorities.

CEO Office team helps Sky grow, cohere, and thrive by optimizing the CEO's interactions and relationships with his leadership team, business areas and key stakeholders.

Moreover is responsible of the coordination of the transformation programs from the idea generation, planning and through all the relevant phases of the initiatives until the delivery; the team will drive the decision process with CEO and relevant EVPs, helping top management for the execution of the strategic plans.

What we are searching

- Work closely with senior executives throughout the company to identify and mobilize resources to support on highly sensitive and strategic objectives

- Rationalize opportunities and identifies a viable framework to reach the defined objective, interacting with relevant stakeholders if needed, especially finance and Group strategy

- Craft the project plan, meets the agreed upon deadlines, identifies roadblocks to deliver on the workplan and defines corrective actions, also leveraging on the organization

- Synthesize main findings focusing on impact on Sky (quantitative and qualitative), define alternatives and drive scenario evaluation, being able to influence senior executives

- Present findings and recommendation and define a roadmap to arrive at a decision point at CEO level

- Coordinate the implementation of the approved initiatives, from the preliminary stages of analysis to go live, making sure to establish a proper governance and involve key stakeholders that will bring the initiative into full execution

- Coordinates the program identifying critical path to delivery, key risks and bottlenecks and put in place proper program controls and actions to mitigate delays/overspending/failures

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering or Management Economics or equivalent

- Fluency in English and Italian; other European languages are a plus;

- Previous experience in the similar role or in a business consulting firm (more than 4/5 years)

- Preference for previous experience in transformational program of multinational companies

- Preference for previous experience in Telco, Media or Technology sectors, Banking and Strategic Consulting

- Previous international experience a plus

- MBA a plus
