Ceo Office Manager
The position will report to the CEO and work closely with the Leadership Team. The candidate must be a detail/task/project-oriented person.
He/She will play a key role supporting the CEO in all daily activities, both tactically and strategically.
Strong communication and leadership skills and an ability to be both firm and flexible will be needed in this position to develop internal teamwork successfully and work with high-value external stakeholders.
An ability to efficiently and effectively assess, prioritize, plan, and execute will be essential to a candidate's success.
Responsibilities:Work directly with the CEO to support all aspects of his daily work routine; plan, direct, coordinate, and collaborate activities on behalf of the CEO. Assist the CEO in the development of presentations and white papers for internal and external audiences; transcribe source material, prepare documents, and reports. Determine the priority of matters of attention for the CEO. Serve as a liaison among executives, employees, clients, and external partners. Keep the CEO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up. Act as an adviser to the CEO and the entire senior management team. Attend executive meetings and deliver progress reports to the CEO and senior management team. Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material. Participate in regular meetings with the executive management team to discuss business issues, update processes, analyze issues, and challenge suggestions. Act as a project manager for high-level, cross-functional projects as assigned by the CEO. Availability to travel.
