The role will report directly to the CEO of Starcom, supporting also the COO of Publicis Groupe. ResponsibilitiesEssential Skills and Experience:6-10 years of proven experience in Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant rolesStrong competence in administrative and company secretarial tasksStrong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsProven experience in providing executive administrative supportExcellent organizational abilities and time management expertiseExceptional attention to detail and adept problem-solving skillsSkilled in MS Office and other relevant software programsProfessional and personable with strong communication etiquettePrevious experience within the Communication Agency sector is a plusManaging calls and organizing meetingsEnglish B2QualificationsMain Duties and Responsibilities:Planning and coordinating travel, visas, and accommodations; sometimes accompanying the manager to meetings to take notes, assist, or support presentationsCreating and maintaining efficient office systems, including organizing data and managing filing processesManaging phone calls, handling inquiries, and addressing requests as necessaryGreeting and assisting visitors, regardless of seniority levelScheduling and maintaining appointments and managing daily calendarsConducting research and summarizing findings for decision-making purposesCreating reports, briefing notes, and business presentationsCoordinating with clients, suppliers, and other internal departmentsAdditional informationThis opportunity does not provide relocation support.
