The Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) is facing a strong need of increasing the team performance built on KPIs that drive the activities on the Field Teams.
In this perspective, we are looking for a profile skilled in analytics and critical data reading to deliver guidelines on how to improve the key metrics.
This role will be working from the Rome HQ office.
Why Patients Need You The CEP is responsible for key Pfizer brands and is working continuously to improve public health and patient outcomes.
You will support the Field team and CEP lead with administrative and operational responsibilities required for internal meetings, financial management, travel/expense management, in full respect of Pfizer processes and procedures (MAPP, ARIBA, Easygip).
Moreover, the CEP needs an accurate analysis of the main KPIs with the aim to improve Field activities in line with the company requirements.

Primary Responsibilities Support Field teams and facilitate all administrative steps required for projects.
When needed, drive MAPP process of supplier analysis and validation in terms of compliance (FQE, DDQ, VAF), contract preparation & approval.
Process financial administrative information and documents (e. g. , invoices, expense claims, PO payments in line with company procedure), supporting Field team to manage budgets.
Become an expert and a reference within the team for Pfizer processes and policies.
Provide KPIs analysis and support critical data reading to deliver guidelines on how to improve the key metrics.
Support the connections with local and global Customer Excellence Teams.
Guarantee compliance processes within the Team for all activities being aligned with Compliance Team and Congresses and Events Team.
Provide project management support for internal meetings and POA cycle meetings (booking travel arrangements, providing logistics and related organizational aspects) working in collaboration with local XFT and external agencies.
Expense management and travel arrangement support to CEP lead.
Plan, organize, and prioritize daily workload to meet deadlines, and proactively plan ahead to meet upcoming deadlines and avoid bottlenecks.
Regularly participate in and lead in problem-solving and ad hoc projects to assist the effectiveness of the team as well as to guarantee compliance.
Ensure high standards of Compliance to norms, policies, and procedures.
Ensure commercial operations and ways of working embed full compliance and integrity.
Member of the commercial leadership team, XFT, and regular meetings.
