Certification Specialist (Sotituzione Maternità)

We are looking for a Retail Marketing Support profile who will join the Digital & Betting Department and will be responsible for ensuring that products meet required quality and compliance standards.
Main activities: Follow the product certification process Work together with testers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Support in conducting tests and evaluations on products to identify any defects or areas for improvement.
Document test and certification results in detail.
Collaborate with external agencies and certification bodies to ensure proper management of certification practices.
Develop and implement testing procedures and strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Work closely with development teams to resolve reports from certification bodies.
Requirements: Aptitude for problem solving, critical thinking and propensity for teamwork.
Good knowledge of the English language.
Excellent communication (written and verbal), collaboration and organizational skills.
Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
