CNAs Key Responsibilities: Perform all duties as per SC Department of Public Health (DPH). Promote a cordial environment for residents, families, visitors, and other co-workers; assist in maintaining a "home-like" environment. Assist residents with ADLs and answer call lights. Follow the residents' care plan or service plan as an instruction guide for how to take care of that resident. Report changes in residents' condition to the nurse in charge and maintain communication with the families of residents. Complete required documentation in accordance with community policies and state and/or federal regulations. Maintain residents' living area by ensuring that it is clean, neat, and orderly, and in DPH compliance. Comply with all safety and sanitary standards, rules, and regulations. Required to work weekends, holidays, and per resident needs. Perform other duties as assigned. CNAs Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Certified Nursing Assistant.
