For a multinational company, we are looking for a CFO. The Role: CFO Role Strategy : Collaborate with the CEO and other executives on strategic planning. Area Coverage : Oversee statutory accounting, taxes, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business financial analysis. Compliance : Manage and guarantee compliance with regulations and procedures. Cash Management : Oversee and control ticket money settlement and all other cash-related decisions. Risks : Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactivity : Provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Team Leadership : Build and manage a high-quality finance team. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Act as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team, actively contributing to strategic planning. Comprehensive Financial Oversight Lead all aspects of statutory accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business financial analysis to ensure precision and accountability in full alignment with the international Headquarters. Regulatory and Compliance Excellence Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and internal policies, establishing robust processes to safeguard the organization's integrity. Cash Flow and Resource Management Direct and optimize cash flow management, including all critical cash-related decisions, ensuring financial stability and growth. Risk Mitigation and Insights Identify, assess, and proactively manage financial risks while developing strategies to mitigate potential impacts. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Team Building and Leadership Build, lead, and inspire the finance and project management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
