Key Responsibilities:Strategic Finance & Business Partnering:Align finance with growth strategy, go-to-market execution, and product-market fit.

Enhance margins, ROI, and long-term stakeholder value.

Lead M&A, negotiations, and deal structuring. Finance Transformation & Value Creation:Oversee financial operations tailored to a fast-paced, digital marketplace, focusing on revenue models and cost management. Implement advanced financial tools and analytics to drive efficiency and real-time reporting. Commercial & Procurement Excellence:Lead procurement strategies, vendor negotiations, and compliance with best practices. Advise on legal and regulatory matters, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and Private Equity standards. Key Requirements: Sector Expertise: Experience in B2B Tech, Digital, E-commerce, Marketplaces & Software Private Equity Track Record: Proven success in Private Equity-backed environments, including participation in exits and strategic transactions.
