This role offers a unique opportunity to drive financial performance, lead transformative business transactions, and prepare the company for future growth and success. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Financial Leadership:Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, aligned with broader business objectives. Partner with the CEO and Private Equity stakeholders to provide insights and support critical decisions. Lead strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, exits, and IPO preparation. Operational Excellence:Oversee financial operations tailored to a fast-paced, digital marketplace, focusing on revenue models and cost management. Implement advanced financial tools and analytics to drive efficiency and real-time reporting. Procurement and Legal Oversight:Lead procurement strategies, vendor negotiations, and compliance with best practices. Advise on legal and regulatory matters, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and Private Equity standards. Compliance and Reporting:Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP. Manage external audits and maintain full regulatory compliance. Candidate ProfileExperience: 10+ years in senior financial leadership roles, preferably in the digital or tech sectors. Private Equity Expertise: Proven success in Private Equity-backed environments, including participation in exits and strategic transactions. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital revenue models and advanced financial systems.
