Job Responsibilities Manage the Finance Dept function including collaborators, and supervise the day-to-day processes of the Dept.

Plan, organise and manage own and Dept's workload to ensure the company's monthly financial reporting is achieved in a timely and accurate manner including: production and submission of Monthly Cashflow, ageing and monthly financial reporting to head offices, assisting the managing director in providing the quarterly comment of the reporting to the HQ, regulatory reporting including VAT, sales and supplementary disclosures.

Provide the managing director with all reports as and when required.

Maintain the financial records of the company to stand up to audit both by internal and external stakeholders.

Responsible for the production of the company's financial statements ready for submission to regulatory bodies.

Responsible for the production of the company's corporation tax return for submissions to the regulatory bodies.

In support of the local MD, prepare and submit the proposal of the financial budget of the company to the HQ.

Ensure that customer invoicing is completed on a timely basis.

Manage the Debtors Ledger and prompt customer payments while maintaining a good working relationship with customers.

Ensure that supplier invoices are processed and paid on a timely basis to maintain a good working relationship with suppliers.

Management of the cashflow of the business including the cash pooling process.

Provide information to Head Office according to deadlines and ad-hoc requirements.

Management of expenses processes in line with the company policy.

Manage credit limits and credit checking in line with company policy and minimising risk to the business.

Knowledge of non-financial information (ESG) ideal but not essential.

Knowledge of transfer pricing principles.

As a member of the Management Team, participate in activities and meetings with other Management Team members.

Supervise product cost calculation to ensure proper inventory valuation.

Support local departments in finding opportunities for cost saving and improving efficiency.
