- A tech-savvy Payments Processing business that connects cardholders, merchants, and banks is looking for a Change Manager professional for their Milan team.

- You will join an established business whose revenue in 2021 was over 3. 5 and has over 20k employees across 50 locations.

**You Will be Challenged To**:

- Managing change end to end

- Ensure change processes adhere to Requests for Change RFC

- Develop change management processes and procedures

- Discuss and align requirements with product stakeholders and customers

- Process improvement

- Organize and Chair Change related meetings

- Post implementation review meetings

- Communicate the progress and outcome of changes

- Control of Expedited and Emergency Changes

- Oversee any follow-up actions identified by stakeholders and be a Point of Contact for changes and the development roadmap

- Service Improvement activities related to the Change Management process

**What you Bring To The Table**:

- 3+ years of Change Management experience

- Knowledge of professional software engineering and industry best practices for the software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

- Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment process and techniques.

**Additional Values Qualifications**:

- Familiar with Cloud Environments or hands-on experience in go-to-cloud initiatives

- Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle or similar methodologies

- Familiar with releases across many integrated and distributed teams
