What you'll be doing**:

- Support mapping of the organization's impacts and define/implement/monitor proposed actions (structures, roles, responsibilities. . . )

- Participate in the design and preparation of communications and engagement plans

- Support the design, delivery and monitoring of training activities, including the development/review of digital bites/curricula

- Support the identification of gaps and root causes, defining appropriate solutions to address the impacts of the change

- Engage with all program stakeholders, including leadership, to explain the program, support the execution and monitor change

- Identify opportunities to make the processes agile, digital, lean and applicable to the organization and company culture

**To be successful in this role you'll likely have**:

- Degree/Master's in organizational development, business administration or similar discipline

- 12-18 months previous experience in supporting change management activities connected to digital transformation and CRM, either in a consulting firm or in a structured organization

- Strong written and verbal communications skills

- Knowledge about organization and process mapping and design

- Knowledge of Digital Applications (CRM, ERP)

- Analytical approach and capacity to generate insights

- Fluent English (additional languages a plus)

Location: Turin, with some remote working.
