About the role We are looking for a Channel & Customer Marketing Specialist Pharmacies, Chains and Networks who can develop new commercial opportunities within these Ph.
Sub-channels. Key responsibilities Developing and sustaining long term relationships with pharmacy customers and suppliersDeveloping and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectivesImproving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing prioritiesManaging the Trade Marketing budgetResponsible for client plans development in collaboration with sales teamConceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teamsVisiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.
Meeting clients to set the Trade Marketing Plan and monitoring performancesCoordinating with advertising agencies to ensure that all materials are meeting company and clients standardsMonitoring competition and industry trends to identify opportunities for growthStakeholder management across different functions (marketing, sales, supply chain, customer service)Qualifications and skills Essential 3-5 years experience in pharmacy environment or trade marketing rolesExperience in working with retailers and wholesalers/distributorsExperience in working on core business drivers (assortment, stock, layout, pricing, promotion)Experience in Consumers Path of purchase dynamicsStrong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical dataEasily engaging with the customers, peers and building trustful relationshipEffective communication skills (developed listening skills/ ability to explain, train and coach)Negotiation skillsCategory Management guidelines knowledgeGood financial acumen allowing to present business benefitsDetails orientationUnderstand qualitative research technics and methodsGood storyteller who can show the vision and benefitsAbility to work in fast paced environmentAbility to work with the dataWell organized and disciplinedProactive in problem solvingPreferred Young talent who has +3 years of experience working with the pharmacies or in commercial functionsIdeally having sales and/or trade marketing experiencePerson who enjoys interacting with the customers and learning from interactions with different peopleDiversity, Equity and Inclusion At Haleon we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, generates curiosity to create unmatched understanding of each other, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for everyone.
