Channel Account Manager
Working together with Systems Engineer and Marketing teams, the Channel Account Manager is responsible to effectively drive business through ESET's channel partners in a defined geographic territory, supporting to increase their business through selling ESET Internet Security products.
Job description
- Achieve monthly targets for revenue and KPIs.
- Build a strong working business relationship with listed Partners to maximize product sales within customer base.
- Manage existing partners and recruit new partners for sales growth.
- Define business plan with Key Partners in the assigned territory.
- Provide product training to partners, keeping resellers fully up to date on the full product range and promotions.
- Manage daily sales activities with partners to achieve revenue objectives: new business, renewals and x-sell business.
- Working together with marketing team to define co-marketing plans to support the Partners sales activities.
- Manage Partners pipeline and monthly forecast.
- Perform business reviews and recommend improvements.
- Keep reseller company information and all activities up-to-date in CRM system (SFDC).
- Respond to basic product technical queries.
- Assist resellers during the end-user business negotiation.
- Maintain good awareness of full product range on a basic technical level.
