**Position Snapshot**:
- Nestlé in Italy, Milan headquarter
- Permanent contract
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 4 years of experience in Commercial Function within FMCG sector (Trade marketing/Sales)
- Good analytical skills accompanied by ability to catch insights
- Empathetic team player able to engage with multiple stakeholders
- Microsoft Office knowledge is a must
- IRI/Foldernet tools knowledge would be a plus
- Proficiency in Italian and English required.
**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, you will prioritize channels and define channel strategies for Cereals and Bars (Fitness, Nesquik, Cheerios and Lion) categories and drive the commercial planning processes.
You will lead both the category strategy and plans for Modern Trade, then you will lead our short and medium term commercial planning processes.
**A day in the life of. . . **:
- Develop Channel plans at Category level
- Identify opportunities within all prioritized channels to execute the key category initiatives and contribute to the development of the Category initiatives within a Channel
- Analyze and monitor promotional leverage and support the sales team in optimizing the return on these investments
- Define the distribution plan on the category side and decline its execution by building a plan for each customer.
Monitor execution on a monthly basis
- Develop the compelling channel category selling story customizing it for customers with Key Accounts
- Provide solutions for channels and customers in order to achieve business goals.
