Would you like to experience an exciting and challenging position in Marketing as member of the aftersales team in EMEA for one of the world leaders within production and development of agricultural machinery and construction equipment?

Would you like to be responsible for developing our dealers in Aftersales and bring them to the next level?

For our agricultural Parts & Service Network department we are looking for a Channel Development Specialist.

It is an exciting position in an international company where you will be able to grow both professionally and personally.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure to develop the dealer network with local and central projects, monitoring of the strategy in place to bring them on the expected level together with our brand colleges.

- Referent point for Italy, Poland, CEE, Ukraine and Nordics & Baltics for all parts network points

- Preparation, deployment and follow-up of parts training for the mentioned markets

- Preparation, deployment and follow-up of dealer standard program (Red Excellence / Top Partner) for the mentioned markets

- Management of new / terminating / changing dealer contracts for the mentioned markets

- Support of CSI and dealer surveys

- Parts shop project and implementation support

- eParts4. 0 invoicing

- Training administration (reporting / interface to corporate training / web academy)

- Global Dealer Portal support - dealer profiling

- Channel development reporting (dealer standards, training, parts potential)

- Coordination HQ and markets.

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Hands-on mentality and a passion for strong communication to markets and sales related activities

- Relevant Bachelor or Master degree (Marketing&business administration)

- Proactivity, organizational skills, ability to work in an international team and meet deadlines

- Strong interpersonal & project management skills

- Analytical problem-solving approach

- Advanced ability to work with main productivity packages (Ms-Office or similar)

- Very good communication & presentation skills in English (other languages are an advantage).
