Channel Dynamics Solution Specialist - Marketing
As part of our _Marketing Information Offering_, **Channel Dynamics** is a leading service IQVIA provides to Pharma clients that allow them to have direct evidence of the impact of the salesforce investments on sales volumes, new business opportunities, market trends, etc.
With relation to the expansion of this business area, we're looking for a **Channel Dynamics Solutions Specialist** that will be responsible for **offering management** (_budget definition, marketing plan, pricing, etc. _), **offering innovation** (extract new insights from data, develop new insightful report) and **engaging** and **partnering** with our Pharma clients.
- Identify **market development opportunities and** **issues **within the specified small-scale business unit.
Supervise and develop both **offering innovations **and** marketing strategies** and plan to generate **customer-centric growth**:
- Manage all marketing related activities for the offering(s) including**:short and long-term planning**, **sales support** and **promotions** to contribute to client satisfaction with the product; **market research activities**, providing input into the development and execution of the offering(s) in the annual Marketing Plan; gathering **competitive intelligence** to ensure product superiority and customer satisfaction; **marketing promotion functions**, and **pricing** development that contributes to the long term success of the offering(s)
- Serve as **offering(s) expert** for the customer and provide support in client meetings
- Monitor and analyze **internal and external data** to develop business insights, implications and recommendations for action
- Monitor and analyze business on an on-going basis to **recommend **and** implement plan modifications** as needed
- Recommend new products and services development based on customer insight and trend analysis
**Qualifications
- Master's Degree or PhD in Business Administration or in Quantitative Analysis, Economics, Management Engineering or relevant field
- At least 3 years relevant **marketing experience** and/or **data analysis experience** in _Corporate_ or _Consulting companies_
- Strong **communication skills** and **commercial attitude**:
- Strong **analytical skills**:
- Preferred **programming skills** (e. g.
_R, Python, SAS_)
- Fluent in **Italian** and **English** (speaking and writing), knowledge in other European languages could be helpful
- Pharmaceutical experience/knowledge will be considered a plus
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
