Channel Enablement Manager
Pfizer is hiring a Talented, Expert and Passionate Channel Enablement Manager inside the Global Biopharma Operation organization reporting to Channel Enablement EU5 Lead for the Rome site - Italy
Why Patients Need You
This role will be responsible for supporting Channel Enablement service delivery activities within Italy.
The Channel Enablement Manager role will closely collaborate with the Channel Enablement EU5 Lead, Business Units (BUs), Marketing/Omnichannel Lead to develop omnichannel strategies and goals that meet needs of HCP (Health Care Professionals) and Patients ensuring adherence with Global standards, compliance, legal and business requirements, on time and to budget.

Primary Responsibilities- Working with the local Channel Enablement team and Business Units to ensure the delivery of: Marketing Automation & Personalisation campaigns; HCP Portal capabilities, ePermission process and channel reporting- Demonstrate to internal customers the value of Channel Enablement services and drive positive customer satisfaction through results. - Working with enabling functions to ensure delivery of global / local channels and content deployment plans.
Ensure all relevant local approvals and compliance standards and practices are met. - Act as local expert to advise marketing teams on how to structure and implement a successful omnichannel strategy to enhance the customer experience- Directs the development and delivery of measurable campaign plans for marketing that deliver maximum value across customer touch points and journeys- Enable efficient & effective global to local digital content production- Enable Operational metrics aligned with commercial effectiveness strategy guidance
What You Offer
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Economic, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Master in Digital or equivalent education. - 3/4 years digital marketing, marketing operation/excellence or equivalent experience- Influence and communications skills and ability to generate credibility- Attitude to work with metrics and KPIs to evaluate and optimize the digital performance- Demonstrated experience to independently drive programs completion- Strong ability to drive collaboration and foster highly productive, functional relationships- Strong communication skills in Italian and English, both orally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharmaceutical sector experience- Demonstrated history of leading innovation/transformation- Ability to work in a multicultural team within a Global organizationAdherence to Pfizer Values: Courage, Excellence, Equity and Joy.
