Role Overview: The Channel Sales Manager for Italy holds a critical position aimed at propelling Amazfit's brand revenues in one of our top markets across the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the Italy Country Manager, this role will be crucial to help us further develop our presence in the Italian Key Accounts assigned and improve our offline channel presence. If you have a passion for Consumer Electronics, Sales, and Channel Marketing, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Extensive knowledge and solid relationships with the local consumer electronics market key players; Sound experience in managing sales strategy and P&L for assigned KAs; Great understanding of Retail marketing/branding campaigns logic, especially for Consumer electronics/running/outdoor product segments; Capability to formulate local sales and implement an action plan to achieve the sales target; Able to build up trustful long-term relationships with key clients, wholesalers/retailers to understand the business needs, requirements, and potential business opportunity; Experienced in developing channel marketing activities with the main retailers; Partner with HQ team to optimize products and feedback the key findings from market research, client suggestions, and industry development reports, etc. Ideal Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in a Business-related major; Proven 8+ years of sales experience in the consumer electronics industry with excellent relationships with key clients; Can demonstrate a successful track record in achieving consecutive sales targets (revenue, volume, margin, market share, etc. , ) Used to work in a fast-moving and changing environment and be able to work under pressure; Self-starter/self-motivated but determined to get results; Agile style and embraces changes; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent organizational skills to prioritize different tasks; Strong teamwork and collaborations; What You'll Get from Us: Competitive salary and annual bonus scheme; Flexible remote working; Wellbeing time off on the first Friday afternoon every month; Ongoing training, support, and career progression as the company grows at a global level; Employee gifting with the latest smart wearable products; Zepp Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer with a global culture that embraces diversity.
