Channel Strategic Account Manager
Dassault Systèmes is seeking a sales and results-oriented Strategic Account Manager for our Milan's office, to join our Partner Channel South Eastern team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and growing key top enterprise client co-defining with Partners Sales the Strategy, the Transformation and the Development Plan in order to achieve sustainable sales and market share growth on Dassault Systèmes portfolio. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners in Italy, serving as their primary point of contact and understanding their business needs. Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with Dassault Systèmes' goals, identifying growth opportunities and maximizing account potential. Drive sales initiatives within strategic accounts, collaborating with partner sales teams to identify opportunities and close deals. Collaborate with internal teams such as product, marketing, and support to ensure client needs are met and aligned with company objectives. Act as a client advocate within Dassault Systèmes, ensuring that client feedback is communicated effectively and addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track account health, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Strong capability in interacting and coordinating within partner sales channel, creating synergies with the local partners. Lead the (new) Partner onboarding. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust strategies and ensure the company remains competitive within strategic accounts. Share follow-up Partner development plan with Partner C-Level and connect Partner with Dassault Systèmes resources to support the key initiatives. Requirements Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Proven track record in sales strategic account management for direct and indirect channel, within the software, technology, or engineering sectors. Strong understanding of Dassault Systèmes' solutions or similar software suites. Exceptional relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures. Proficiency in sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel as needed to meet partners and clients. Fluency in English and Italian (other languages will be considered a plus). We offer Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
