The Italian Branch is a firm of lawyers ("società tra avvocati") with professionals and offices operating in Milan and Bologna, specialized in several areas, including corporate law and M&A, energy, civil and tax litigation, intellectual property, transfer pricing, corporate tax and corporate reorganizations. For our Bologna office we are looking for professional roles (junior/senior) to support the tax department team both in the Corporate tax area for the following activities:LawyerTax litigation activity (also against Tax Authority)pre-litigation assessmentChartered AccountantCorporate tax consultancy tax compliance, VAT, direct taxesCAPABILIITESDegree in Economics/Law Degree. Fluent in English. Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications. Strong relational and communication skills. Ability to work in a team, resourcefulness, flexibility and availability. Having attended a Master's degree in "Tax Law" and a previous experience of 2/5 years gained in professional firms associated with the Big Four or boutiques specializing in tax law is a nice to have.
