We are looking for a private chef based in Santa Margarita Liguria Italy.

This would be a great opportunity for an experienced creative chef with high standards, attention to detail and a broad range of culinary skills, who can assist in locating the best, freshest quality produce - with a particular interest in Organic food where possible.

The direction of the food is not Michelin, it is more traditional good tasting from fresh produce made from scratch.

Main duties: Preparing daily meals for 2 including a small amount of entertainment.

The hours would need to be flexible as the owner travels a great deal, so there may be times you are required and at quieter times you may not be required.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a private chef or chef on a yacht would be an advantage.

- Traditionally trained Swiss chef or Latin chef would be an advantage.

- As working in main house must be friendly, hard-working and have the flexibility to deal with last minute changes.

- High levels of organisation and hygiene standards.

- Eligible to work in Italy/EU

- Driver and preferably non-smoker.

**Salary**: €16, 826. 90 - €40, 000. 00 per year

- Santa Margherita, Liguria: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
