At ACADEMIA BARILLA and BOTTEGA, we are now looking for a Chef to manage culinary activities and support the head of the unit in content creation.
Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the culinary operation of Academia and Bottega; Support the Head of Gastronomy and Culinary Services in the development of gastronomic content; Support the culinary operations of brand activation or corporate events; Recruit external chefs and define service levels; Define the gastronomy offer; Manage inquiries and purchase orders for raw materials; Create recipes and tips; Contribute directly to advertising and branded content production; Define the necessary arrangements to facilitate culinary activities; Manage catering operations; Define recipes and manage the organization and execution of the activities.
Requirements At least 8 years of experience as a Professional Chef; Fluency in English; Strong ability to work with multifunctional teams; Problem-solving skills; Self-control and stress management; Strong project management and organizational skills.
