N Position Type: Non-Management Position Summary Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of Nikkei dishes, combining Japanese and Peruvian ingredients and techniques. Develop and innovate new menu items that reflect the fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisines. Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in Nikkei cooking techniques and standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures. Preferred qualifications: Proven experience in the same position, with a focus on Nikkei or fusion cuisine. Familiarity with working in a structured and large brigade. Strong knowledge of Japanese and Peruvian culinary techniques and ingredients. Creativity and passion for developing unique and flavorful dishes. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
