Today, we welcome our guests in 13 hotels and resorts, 4- and 5-star hotels, in modern conference centers, and at the prestigious Ethra Thalasso SPA.
Our hotels are located in Sardinia, Puglia, Sicily, Calabria, and Abruzzo, overlooking beautiful beaches, and in Piedmont, within the Vialattea ski area.
We offer approximately 4. 200 rooms, and during peak periods, we have around 2. 500 employees.

POSITION OVERVIEWIn response to business growth and evolving needs, we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Chef for our 5-star hotel.
The ideal candidate will lead the kitchen brigade towards culinary excellence, ensuring a unique and unforgettable dining experience for our guests. WORK LOCATIONThe position is open for our 5-star property, Kalidria Hotel & Thalasso SPA, located within the Ethra Reserve, in Puglia, Castellaneta Marina (TA). AREA OF RESPONSIBILITYSupervise all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation of dishesDevelop creative and innovative menus in line with industry trends, highlighting local and seasonal ingredientsImplement an à la carte menu with a focus on both local and international cuisinesMonitor the preparation and service of dishes, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and safety regulationsManage food cost control, ensuring financial sustainability without compromising qualityTrain, motivate, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and stimulating work environmentOversee supplier relationships to ensure the procurement of high-quality raw materialsCollaborate with other Food & Beverage departments to enhance the overall culinary experience for guestsAnalyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for innovationParticipate in defining the strategic and operational plans for the Food & Beverage departmentSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND TRAININGSolid experience as a Chef with at least 3 years in luxury Hotels/Resorts or gourmet RestaurantsIn-depth knowledge of both local Italian and international cuisine, with a strong passion for culinary innovationCreativity and attention to detailExcellent leadership, time management, and organizational skillsStrong guest-oriented focusExperience in managing food cost and conducting financial analysis related to the kitchen departmentThorough knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations, specifically applied to the Hospitality industryStrong communication skills and the ability to work in concert with other hotel departmentsFluent in both English and ItalianKnowledge of an additional foreign language is considered a plusExcellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and major email systemsWillingness to relocate to the work locationBy submitting your application, you declare that you have read the information available on www.bluserena. it #J-18808-Ljbffr
