Located in the heart of the Capital City of Italy, one of the richest in history and culture in Europe while looking at the future, The Social Hub Rome will be the fourth Social Hub in Italy after Florence Lavagnini, Florence Belfiore and Bologna.

Situated in the dynamic neighbourhood of San Lorenzo, surrounded of local bars, restaurants & shops, with a strong artistic and cultural atmosphere, The Social Hub Rome will operate around 392 rooms, a 10, 500 m2 park, a thriving co-working community, restaurants and a rooftop with a pool.

We are looking for a highly motivated full-time Chef de Commis, who is passionate about their work and has an eagerness to develop with us.

Mise en place will be a considerable part of your job.

Additionally, you will have flexible shifts with no restrictions regarding the day of the week or time of day.

**What You'll Do

- Assist in food preparation and basic cooking, ensuring high-quality results

- Ensure accurate measurements of dish ingredients and portion sizes

- React to the needs of the senior chefs, assisting in all kitchen operations

- Manage deliveries and stock rotation to maintain smooth operations

- Maintain high standards of hygiene

**Who You Are

- You're fluent in Italian - know other languages?

The more the merrier!

- Preferably 1-2 years' experience in a similar role

- You have HACCP knowledge

- You're friendly and welcoming to guests and team members

- You're extremely calm under pressure and have excellent multitasking abilities

- You're flexible, motivated, social and highly organized

- You're legally allowed to work in Italy
