Located in the popular Navigli district, Aethos Milan is part boutique hotel, part soulful culinary destination. Our 32 refreshingly hip rooms and suites invite guests to experience Italy's most vibrant city in a space as warm as a second home.
ZAÏA is a new experience for Milan, a restaurant that draws its influences from diversified Mediterranean cuisines. An addition to the city's expansive restaurant landscape. We take our guests on a journey, always friendly and never distant in all our F&B outlets. The Aethos' chefs bring international inspiration to classic Italian cooking and our mixologists take your tastebuds for a spin.
Aethos Milan is also home to the world-renowned Doping Bar, the perfect place to try a new and interesting cocktail and a private members club with a state-of-the-art gym, exclusive members dining and special events. We are also in the process of launching a new all day healthy dining experience.

Are you a passionate farm-to-table chef where the aroma of wet soil evokes memories of ripe tomatoes, apples, and onions? Do you want to set your feet in Zaia Milan and drive the brand's growth towards other hotels? Zaia Sardinia is coming this Summer, and many more are in the pipeline.
We are looking for someone who is driven and passionate and loves everything produced in the region. This person should also be passionate about adding an international flair and be excited about freshly collected chards, grass-fed beef, burrata, mortadella, and unique ingredients.
