Chef De Partie
Job Overview:
To support the seamless running of the kitchen by providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and safety is paramount at all times. Under the guidance and supervision of the Executive Chef/Sous Chef(s) assist in directing all aspects of section operation. Excellent product knowledge so as to confidently prepare the products on offer. To establish and maintain good working relationships amongst the kitchen brigade and restaurant team. Directly reporting to the Executive Chef.
- Previous relevant experience in a similar role and within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional service standards with attention to detail.
- Passion for hospitality with a friendly disposition to smile.
- Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently.
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Availability to work full-time and be flexible.
