The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.

He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. Reports to Executive Chef. Main duties & responsibilities:Preparation: follow the entire production line of leavened, puffed and non-leavened product, follow the production of bakery productsMaintain safety, health and hygiene standards in all areas of the kitchenControls incoming goods and stores them in perfect conditionsMonitors waste controlPerforms all duties assigned by the Executive ChefSupport the pastry teamRequirements:Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipment and raw materials processing techniquesAt least 3 years of previous professional experience within the same rolePassion for service and ambition to grow professionallyOther requirements:Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptabilityCollaboration: be able and willing to work as a team playerDrive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleaguesGlobal perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or backgroundHACCP certificationBenefits:We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.
