Chef De Partie (H/F)
The Chef de Partie, reporting to the Executive Chef, will be responsible for supporting the entire team during service operations, in line with our company philosophy, operational standards, and procedures, while helping create a harmonious work environment with a collaborative approach.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Manage the preparation of all dishes, cleanliness, and organization of the assigned station.
- Maintain a professional and ethically correct relationship with all colleagues, suppliers, and guests.
- Be proactive in team efforts and safeguard collaboration with everyone.
- Ensure compliance with all HACCP standards (temperature control of refrigerators, labeling of prepared and unprepared dishes, sanitation of the workstation, correct use of products as per HACCP guidelines, etc.
).
- Verify the proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials provided.
- Assimilate and implement all information shared during training sessions.
- At least 2 years of prior experience, preferably in hotel establishments.
- Seriousness and professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language.
