• Welcoming guests, escorting and seating them to their preferred/reserved table.

Accompaning guests after lunch/dinner and saying goodbye.

• Providing consistently an exemplary level of service and celebrating our ethos of a highly individual, discreet and engaging service to all guests.

• Communicating the detail of the menu and beverages/wine.

• Leading the service team by example, ensuring a smooth, efficient and high service focused operation and an exeptional dining experience that result in lasting memories.

• Motivating and developing all F&B staff to achieve highest levels of service excellence as well as highly positive staff relations.

• Making certain to have immaculate personal presentation and all staff maintain a well-groomed appearance.

• Ensuring all F&B areas (front and back of house) and equipment are kept to a high standard of cleanliness, tidiness and safety.

• Ensuring that the daily business is complete and correct.

• Communicating on a regular basis on the performance of the business, successes, concerns, any issues and support needs with the managing owners.

• Good knowledge of English and German, preferable Italian.

• Successfully completed hospitality education or gastronomy training.

• Additional qualifications (e. g.

sommelier certificate).

• Relevant experience in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry.

• Genuine dedication to hospitality and individual high-end service.

• True passion for high quality food, wine and spirits.

• Well mannered behavior.
