We are seeking highly motivated graduates who are eager to grow into future engineering, operational, and technical roles within GSC.
What will you do?
Act as point of contact for root cause analysis of material/product/processing/cleaning issues and rapid resolution.
Manage projects independently and in cross-functional teams.
Plan and conduct/supervise manufacture of batches with minimal supervision.
Perform technical coaching of operators.
Ensure that all project team members are kept fully informed of progress.
