**About the Role**:

**Main Responsibilities**:

Reporting to the Chemical & Microbiological Lab Responsible, the Chemical Lab Analyst will perform the laboratory analysis on samples in a timely manner and respecting methods, procedures and good laboratory practices, together with all the safety rules and instructions.

In particular for:

- Sample preparation for raw materials (hazelnuts) and semifinished products;

- Analysis execution (acidity, peroxide, aflatoxin, fat);

- Results recording;

- Quality checks;

- Data management.

**Who we are looking for**:

- MSc in Chemistry or related field;

- Knowledge of materials, chemistry, phisycs, raw material and production process;

- Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control;

- Proficient in English and Italian;

- At ease with Microsoft Office;

- Excellent analytical and organizational skills;

- Ability to work in team and indipendently;

- Enthusiasm and motivation.
