Chess Wizards, Human Resources - Recruitment
Responsibilities**:
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and play the role of a consultant
- Screening resumes
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Providing feedback to applicants and keeping them updated throughout the entire selection process
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Updating reports on job requisition activity
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
**Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
**Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
**Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.
**Perfect fluency in spoken and written English (C1, C2).
**Remote Work Requirements**:
High-speed internet
Reliable and secure equipment with microphone and video capabilities.
Quiet location to work, with minimum interruptions, this position will be making calls most of the time.
**What we offer**:
**Salary: $14, 000 yearly or more based on experience.
**Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM CST, Weekends Off
