Chief Digital Management Officer (CDMO - MCV - 21)

Our client is a Multinational Group, key player in its sector, which operates in 40 countries around the world.

For the Italian subsidiary we are recruiting the new

Chief Digital Management Officer (CDMO - MCV - 21)

The position will report directly to the Group CEO.

Role mission:

- designs and updates the "Digital transition plan" in alignment with the main corporate stakeholders and the ICT Department,

- ensures and guarantees, together with the ICT Department, the consistency and integration of the "Digital Transition Plan" within the strategies and projects developed by the Holding.

The CDMO will be in charge of:

- creating the organizational and communicationleadership on digital issues,

- identifying and generating of new ideas on digital technologies (Digital Innovation),

- working closely with the information technology (IT Department) to ensure the successful performance of the different projects at managerial and operational levels of the company (Demand),

- ensuring that all the business needs are fully received and accomplished,

- planning and managing the impact of digital transformation through awareness-raising and training program at the various company levels,

- monitoring the level of customer (internal/external) satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- solid background in managing structures and masterplans of transformation and digital transition both nationally and internationally,

- 10y+ experience in IT Service Management, IT Service Support and IT Infrastructure,

- strategic technology vision, demand management and entrepreneurial mindset,

- innovative thinking, passion for product strategy and user experience,

- inclusive leadership, strong team spirit and a desire to be part of a national and international business community, marrying its values.

The ability to create positive synergy and close collaboration with the IT Department, the strong attitude to listen and interpret the needs and business priorities of internal customers (italian business lines) complete the profile.
