Our mission is to make everyday and business deliveries effortlessBecome part of our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of the supply industry together with us. We are currently looking for a qualified Chief Executive Officer in Italy. Purpose of the position:Implements the company's development strategy in Italy to achieve profitability targetsCandidate requirements:Complete higher education, preferably MBA;Management experience of at least 5 years, of which at least 2 years as a company director/commercial director;Work experience in local or international logistics companies or experience of cooperation with them;Proficiency in Italian language (native) and English at the level (B2 and higher), fluency in Ukrainian;Knowledge of the legislation of the Italy, which regulates the company's business activities;Skills in developing a strategy for starting and developing a business, entering new markets and countries, and successful experience in product launch to the market;Knowledge of the basics of financial analysis and budgeting.

Understanding of financial indicators, and factors influencing them (gross margin, EBITDA, P&L, etc.

);Developed project management skills;Knowledge of LEAN methodologies is an advantage;Developed team management skills;Knowledge of the global logistics market and understanding of its trends. Main tasks:Participation in the formation and implementation of the company's development strategy in Italy;Ensuring that the company breaks even, achieving the strategic goals of FAST, EASY, SAFE;Effective management and development of the team in subordination;Interaction and building successful cooperation with partners in Italy;Opening of planned service points (branches, targeted service, PUDO);Implementation of the company's products and technologies;Implementation and enforcement of company standards;Ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations of doing business in Italy.
