Renard International Hospitality Search Consultants For our client, a leading international group with several locations in Italy, for the Doha Office, we are looking for a figure of: Chief Financial Officer Responsibilities: The Chief Financial Officer will be in charge of the Administration, Finance and Control activities. In particular, She/He will be the focal point of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), interacting with the FP&A Department of the specific Division and with the Corporate functions involved in the economics and financial activities, in Italy. Moreover, She/He will lead a team of Administration Specialists. Requirements: Master's degree in the Economics and Financial fields or in Industrial Engineering; At least 6 years of proven experience in Finance and Economics activities in complex companies working on projects (e. g. shipbuilding, oil & gas, or manufacturing fields); Knowledge of SAP and MS Office, in particular MS Excel; Communication and relational skills; Planning abilities in order to ensure the targets; Analytical and proactive approach and negotiation oriented mindset; Previous experience in leading a team in an international environment; Fluent knowledge of English (both speaking and writing); A basic knowledge of Arabic will be a plus; Availability to travel in the region or to the parent Company for business trips whenever necessary.
