To support our growth and optimize financial operations, we are looking for an experienced CFO to lead our financial strategy, streamline processes, and scale our business model.

Your Role As Chief Financial Officer , you will oversee the company's global financial management, ensuring financial sustainability while supporting international expansion.

Financial Planning & Strategy – Develop and implement a financial strategy to drive Escape Campus's growth in the EdTech sector.

Cash Flow & Investment Management – Monitor cash flow, optimize financial resources, and seek funding opportunities for business expansion.

Budgeting & Financial Reporting – Create accurate financial reports to support data-driven decision-making with a strong focus on growth KPIs.

Cost Optimization – Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising educational quality and digital services.

International Compliance & Tax Management – Ensure adherence to financial and tax regulations across multiple countries (Spain, Italy, UK, Colombia).

Who We're Looking For Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive, preferably in EdTech, education, or subscription-based businesses.

Strong financial expertise , including financial analysis, cash flow management, fundraising, cost optimization, and financial forecasting.

Strategic mindset with the ability to support a fast-growing company undergoing digital transformation.

Knowledge of international regulations and the ability to manage multi-country financial operations.

Entrepreneurial spirit & results-driven approach , with a data-driven mindset.

Multilingual : Fluent in English , with Spanish and/or Italian as a strong plus.
